Creative expression has been my healing guide. It has strengthened me, mended brokenness and restored the life within me. It's an ongoing journey, a process that takes a lifetime...or two. I believe our stories are alive and breathing, and always for us even if they need to be carried to the "temple of healing." They require the gentle space, flexibility and the willingness to be seen and held.
Our souls speak through story and continuously urging us to embody this through creative expression.
This is what brought me to share what I am sharing here. I know firsthand through personal experience, the alchemy and magic that greets us when we meet the energy that clings within us. We gently carry it into gentle openness and allow it to be softly reborn. Through brave creative acts we do our own healing.
