Through my own experience, I've come to understand how incredibly important it is to feel aligned in your essence and truth. It's enriching to know yourself in all lights. One thing I have discovered so far while on my own healing journey is: that being seen and heard and held lovingly is like healing balm for the soul.
My quest to discover this for myself began when I set off on my self-healing journey in my early twenties. This winding path of claiming a life has been some of my biggest work. I discovered that even if I don't have it all figured out, there is a rhythm to my existence. I now know, that the end gives way to begin again. Our being is forever on a continuous, cyclical journey. I'm here for the ride and the rise. The flow and the magic. The grit and the grace.

Story Origins
My background is in energy medicine, the expressive arts and life coaching. I have studied various forms of vibrational healing modalities and have received training in intuitive communication. I discovered the Process Arts and felt completely at home with this form of expression. I dabble in many mediums, but my true love is photography and expressively arranging words together in story or poetry. As an animist, I have a deep connection to the natural world and the sacred ways of the spirits of nature and place.

Giving Back & Sharing the Medicine
These days, I follow my true north by guiding creative and powerful souls to meet their gifts through journey, shadow and dream work. I spend time with folks listening, visioning, story-sharing, baring witness to transformation and courage. These are the things that bring me home and nurture my heart. I naturally move into realms where language exists by way of symbols, coincidences, imaginings, secret messages and synchronicities. In these animate realms I've discovered a fluency and flow that has enriched my life. I'm filled with joy when I get to share this space with others and I am most alive when I am living my truth and resting in the breath of presence.
